Designed by Associate Alexandra Gilley and an all-women project team, Madeline shows how different the built environment feels when shaped by those it’s designed for. A representative process creates spaces that aren’t just beautiful, but genuinely attuned to the lives of the people who will live there. An all-Australian apartment building, conceived and procured by locals who understand the climate and culture of the Gold Coast. Madeline reflects a new vision for the Great Australian home, built for a generation of owner-occupiers who value permanence, community, and a deeper connection to place.
