Reaching top out at The Raleigh is a significant moment for us. It brings the realisation of our Build to Rent platform into view. Just eleven months ago we were in the basement, and now the building stands fifteen storeys above Windsor, a clear sign of the impressive momentum behind the project. We are grateful for our partnership with Goldfields Group, Maxcon Constructions Pty Ltd and Merricks Capital and look forward to seeing the project completed in 2026.
Our Build to Rent platform is a consideration for the future. Modern cities are at a crossroads, housing has never been more financially out of reach for the young, yet never more socially isolating for the old. As the Build-to-Rent sector continues to grow, intergenerational living offers a compelling reimagination of this status quo. Raleigh Street, Windsor, is a premium BTR project that approaches housing as a platform for community rather than a collection of isolated apartments.
Studios, one, two and three-bedroom residences sit alongside libraries, work clubs, gardens and rooftop common areas designed to encourage daily overlap between generations. Portal entries and street-like corridors reinterpret the local Victorian terrace language while fostering continual movement and exchange. With structure now topped out, focus shifts to fit-out as these shared spaces begin to take shape.
